Georgia U21 Squad Announced

Soso Chedia announced the list of players to integrate the National U21 Team of Georgia in they're next match on 10th november in Switzerland.
The U21 squad will be missing some key players.

Georgia U19 Squad Announced

The National U19 Team of Georgia will travel to Turkey for the Qualifying Round to the next Euro U19. The squad of Georgi Devdariani was announced.

Georgia 1-2 Greece

The National Team of Georgia couldn't hold the advantage with 10-men and lost the last match of the Qualifying Campaign at home against Greece. Before starting the game, the georgian player Levan Kobiashvili recieved a certificate of honor for his 100th international match with the National Team jersey. With this, "Kobi" made history - becoming in the first georgian player with such an achievement.After an interesting first half Georgia was leading 1-0 against the group leaders. David Targamadze, the young georgian right side midfielder and the best player in the pitch, scored on the 19th from a long distance free kick.Georgian players seemed to control the game while greeks were holding they're nerves, but the bad luck was with the caucasian side. After the first half the coach Temuri Ketsbaia had to substitute two of his players due to injuries - plus a third tactical substitution. After exhausting all its changes the storm began, a very hard foul from the experimented Karagounis left the young Targamadze on the ground and injured for a few weeks. The hosts had 20 minutes ahead and one man less. Georgia Squad Announced

Temur Ketsbaia announced the list of players that will comprise the National Team of Georgia for the last match of the Qualifying Campaign to Euro 2012 against Greece in Tbilisi.

The match is going to be played on Mikheil Meskhi's Stadium the next 11th October.

Georgia U21 Squad Announced

Soso Chedia announced the list with the players to integrate the Georgian U21 National Team for his personal debut on charge and the fourth match of the team in the present Qualifying Campaign against Switzerland.

The match is going to be played in Tbilisi, on Lokomotivi's Mikheil Meskhi Stadium, the next 7th October.
